Bill Miller has been cooking all his adult life. In the 1970s he began cooking at the Merrill/Miller cook shed at Bloys Campmeeting. While living in Carlsbad, New Mexico, in the late 70s, Bill and his wife, Jill, signed up for a two-day Dutch oven cooking and catering class. The rest, as they say, is history. Bill provides dutch oven cooking and catering for cattle roundups and trail rides in Texas and New Mexico. He and Jill traveled to Wyoming to cook for a cutting horse clinic. They have cooked for roping and horse clinics, weddings, and all types of parties.
